Hello,We have taken note of your review, but would like to add a few more facts that you have let out.When registering to participate in the 2-phase course, we will clearly state that you have a valid driving license. As we could not find the driving license number you provided in the official ASTRA system for new drivers, I (the manager) personally contacted you by phone to analyze this. Unfortunaly, you did not have the driving license number at hand which is why I asked you to send us a photo so that we could analyze the problem. This photo did not reach us until 15 minutes before the start of the course, so no further analysis was possible. As at that time, the office to which you send the picture was not occupied on Saturday morning.We have a cancellation management in our driving school, which means the same rules apply to all customers, cancellations will only be accepted in by email or contact form on our homepage as described in our terms and conditions. This is not possible by phone.Furthermore, the free cancellation period for your booked course had already passed.The phone number given on our website is our normal office number, which is occupied at the times described on the homepage. Of course, it may be that a phone call cannot be answered immediately if another call is already being used. But in your case we have taken the work and checked the call data to ensure if there is some fault on our side and were able to establish that al 3 calls from the number given you to us took place outside of our opening hours.So if you really needed to leave us a message outside of opening hours, you have found and will find some other ways to contact us in writing. These contact requests on all channels are checked and answered several times a day.In our opinion, there is no excuse for you not showing up for the course on the day of the course.
